A 1.5 lb. gain after having stir fry last night. Noticed this trend after sushi, too. Soy sauce is going to be the death of me. Has anyone else noticed this weigh-in disaster?

Absolutely. It sounds counter-intuitive, but up your water intake with salty foods, or, rather, high-sodium foods. The more water you give, the more water you will flush.
