The Carson Chow weight loss simulator is on the Apple iPhone and iPad App Store for free. It's called BWSim. It says it is for the iPhone only but I was able to download it successfully to both devices. I'm pleased to say that this version is much easier to use than the JavaScript version and has more usable features. I think it's the most accurate calorie/exercise planning tool and helped me to lose 100 plus (along with FatSecret!)
