Hi, I'm on Atkins also. From what I was told by others who been on it, time to time your weight doesn't show any change, but if you think about how your clothes are fitting, you might notice that you still are, in a way. Your body is adjusting to the new you. Your clothes will be loser, and you might notice a slight difference in your body shape. Keep up the good work and you will start to see more weight coming off.
Hope that helps

First, I would check and make sure you are eating correct foods for the phase. Are you on phase one or two. I'm not sure, because program has changed somewhat since I strictly did Atkins, but I don't think nuts or nut butters are on phase one. Also, you are getting plenty of protein, but are you getting any fresh veggies? If peanut butter is listed on the phase you're in, is it no sugar added? Last but not least, persevere. Not everyone loses fast, even on Atkins! My husband has been faithful for six months, and it has taken him that long to lose 25 lbs. He wasn't superheavy, and is tall, but there were weeks where he actually gained! Look at the overall picture. Are you going in the right direction? Good for you!

If you are doing the induction of Atkins then, no, Nuts and nut butters are not allowed.

I would watch the foods that contain a lot of sodium like some of the sausages and salami's you have eaten. Sodium can cause you to retain water and we don't need that . Also read the ingredients on the sausage labels, some contain wheat and sugars and that's a no on induction too!
