Right Knee' Shifts In

Yesterday Was "Legs Day" so they Call It...Any Way it Turns out That I was Doing Squats with the Bar + 25lbs plates on each side. The first Set was Good - I had some One Spot me towards the End just in Case...Towards my 3rd Set I notice my right Knee (Is shifting in) Rolling Eyes It's Kind Of hard to Explain but I have noticed that also When I cycle it's not straight - I have to focus on keeping it Straight more than usual because it Automatically shifts in when I ride. Some months back I got occasional really Sharp Pain when I kneeled down...Or If I Place my right Ankle on my Left Knee and bend down to Stretch. I have to be really, really careful If not the Pain stops me. I am Not sure If this is common or If I should just get It Checked...Question
