At the moment I cannot exercise more than a few minutes and eating healthier is proving to be much more difficult than I imagined. I am determined to spend the rest of my life making choices that will positively impact my health, but support from those who are at the same beginning stage seems like it would help 100 percent.

We could transform our lives together and be there for each other all the way through!!! Very Happy

I myself am at day 20 of my lifestyle change and I use this site as my bible; its cathartic. you can do this - you've made the first step and that is the hardest, just work out what works best for you and your weight loss journey and as you say....Just do it.

I consider myself in the middle of my journey as each day presents new opportunities to do better and make wise choices. While it always seems that it's 'all about the weight' there is so much more going on here. Improvement and enlightenment isn't directly tied to the bathroom scale. I think I am still considered in the beginning stages. I do have four months behind me, but I still have a long way to go and I am still in the stages of experimenting with different diets and researching information to find out what will work best for me. This site has been incredibly helpful for me as far as support and accountability. If you look in the challenges sections, you can often find people completing challenges that are similar to your goals.
