Hey there, I am Kristi. I am looking for a bud to help me on my way to a healthy lifestyle.

(Err.. as an FYI: I am at square one.. I do not exercise or eat enough healthy foods. However, I am certainly ready to do both!!!

Also know I would love, love, LOVE to help another on his or her way to a healthy lifestyle. I find that motivating in itself, so I really hope to hear from someone soon! Very Happy )

Welcome Kandflynn,

I'm sorry but I'm a little worried. Your goal weight seems awefully low (45.4 kg). Why did you choose this number? how tall are you?
-I’m not 'losing' weight, I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again.-

To Nadyno: I am a short 4 ft 11 in - 5 ft or so. I am not concerned with the number as much as I am with wanting to eat healthy and workout. Because muscle weighs more than fat, I assume I will actually gain weight. Smile....... To Russ: THANK YOU. I can't wait to get in contact with you!

Ok Smile Just checking, it's such a waste of energy when someone picks a goal they can't (or isn't healthy to)achieve .

Good luck changing your lifestyle! (y)

Hey kandflynn. Our goal weights are pretty close. I think I could use some encouragement too. Let me know if you'd like to work together!

Edit: AND we joined on the same day! Pretty cool!
