Mmm diet or lifestyle change? My doc is happy because i've lost wt and increased my activity. Not a diet but just a focus on eating and drinking healthy and now with her blessing working on my fitness.

Should you weigh yourself with or without clothes?
I weigh every morning after I come out of the shower, before I get dressed to go to work. As said before, consistency is key.

Joined my first challenge
Just joined my first challenge. I'm hoping this will finally get me motivated to lose my extra kilos. It's so hard to motivate myself to exercise when it's so darn cold outside.
