I weigh in when I get up and just before dinner. Record all lows into FatSecret, but if I bump up a bit, I give myself 3 days to lose it again. On the third day, I record the weight in FatSecret, regardless if it's a gain or loss. Hate to see it go up at all, so this is a motivation trick...

I started weighing every day. First thing in the morning, after I go to the bathroom and before I get into the shower. As others have noted, it helps keep me motivated because I catch any upward 'creep' right away and get to enjoy any downtrends right away. I do miss my morning weigh-ins a couple times a week, but I don't worry about that. It's not an obsessive thing.

Weight Loss may stall or I may even gain some grams at times. But I find it very important to keep track of the little dots in the overall picture.

It is not good to weigh your self every day. If you do this you will see all the ups and downs in your weight, but may not consider all the variables involved. It can be discouraging and or give a false idea of your actual weight. Weighing yourself once at either the start or end of each week is a good indicator of how your weight loss/gain is progressing.
