I have not budged from between 56-58kgs in over a month. I am still continue-ing my healthy eating plans, stopped most of my binge eating "escapades" but the scale is refusing to hit 55 even. How do I kickstart my weightloss again? “A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit.” ~Unknown~

If the calorie intake you have registered in your food diary is correct, then you're clearly not eating enough. You could benefit from my Indulgence Day Diet. I have a link to it on my biopage. It fixed my plateau. Try it out. It's free - I'm not selling anything. Visit my website: www.tabdig.info"Losing weight is never about eating as little as possible"- Kingkeld. I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

I hear it's really cool to eat 400 calories a day. You will definitely keep all of the weight you lost off all the way through your 30s.
Side Note: You misspelled consume-ing in your profile.

I agree, you should be eating about 1200 calories a day, any less is not enough to maintain a healthy life style. Also try upping your water, that often is the culprit as we need far more than we realize. Some say you should be drinking 1/2 your body weight in oz per day, at the very very least it should be over the norm of 64 oz.

I agree with Kingkeld, I do an indulgence day about once a week. Mixing up you calories really keeps your body guessing. If you consume the same calories day in and day out your body learns to adjust to that.

Thanks guys! I took all your advice and I have been at 55 for the past week or so. Now to maintain this and to lose 5 more kgs. And thanks kingkeld - I love your Indulgence day diet, and I also like your eat within the 8 hour frame idea. It works for me. “A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit.” ~Unknown~

I have no idea why you'd want to be at 50 kgs, though. How tall are you? There is a lower limit to healthy weight, you know...
