Mummy, have you played around with "My Notification Settings" on the "My Notifications" page? Also, denying access to others re notifications may be of help. Just guessing here.

Yes, Glaun, finally figured it out. love getting notifications when postings are made on threads i'm participating in, but dont' need to know everyone's daily/hourly input into their journals, so got that stopped.

I know it's not a big deal to some, but this isn't the same era as in the past where life was broken down to three meals a day. with a mini snack inbetween.
and when others are looking into our daily intake it can be misleading. Hey FS asked for our input and so I sent it. and as I said, don't take out the old, just give the new an alternative.

Ok - guess I'll chime in here - if it's already been mentioned I'm merely agreeing with someone before me:

DONT like the drop down bucket to filter for new journal entries - I liked being able to see that all on the front view

Have NO idea where MY profile is or how to get there

DONT understand why I have this pink reminder to 'fill in bio, let people know who you are' as I filled that in long ago .. keeps making me look

I NEVER get notifications for ANYTHING despite my settings being set to receive them

I agree the light blue font links are hard to see

Other than that.. I do like FS, and I get the changes and the need to change... but some things that I used to do with one click are taking 3-4 and it seems cumbersome. Thank you for working on it and giving us otherwise a really great forum to get together and talk about our health and be whiney about software Smile

From the time that I joined (last December) until March 16 I was getting notification emails. I haven't had any notifications for almost a week now. I checked my settings and I am signed up to get emails. Not sure what happened. I remember thinking to myself that why is FS sending me notifications so late? I had already read them when I went to the website. Maybe this is payback for my complaining to myself. lol
