I found this link today Tewey. It is a GREAT resource to get a really good understanding just what is going on in your body...and why we lose...and why we may not lose.
Basics are: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and flush toxins out. Sleep is VERY important to our body's metabolism and cell health. Log ALL of your food in every day. Even a stick of gum!
I know you say you have only lost 1.5 lbs, but have you done your measurements? Sometimes we don't see progress on the scale, but in our clothes and how they fit. My suggestion is to take your measurements. I did: neck, back, chest, waist, hips, right and left upper arms and thighs.

http://keto-calculator.ankerl.comTewey, I have learned a lot about the new products that are carb friendly and how to be creative with recipes. Monotony can be discouraging so don't get caught in that trap.
Have things in the frig that are ready to eat...like hardboiled eggs or egg, tuna or chicken salad. They are great when you get in a pinch for time or an idea for the next meal. I also have almonds around. I count 28 out and put them in a mini ziploc snack bag. I try to keep one in my purse for when I'm out on the road and just need something to 'get me by'.
Message me any time. I'll be happy to help.
