14 days of travel

well, I have been on travel for 14 days and had a blast , but ,it was so hard to eat and drink properly. Thank goodness I don't have to travel for a living. I gained 4 lbs, but I am not surprised. I did exercise some while I was on travel and was happy with myself for that. I am back on my program and working hard to get the mental game back on track.Confused

with you having your food journal set to private, nobody can have a look to possibly see where you may be going wrong..... also, if you aren't losing on the scales try using the tape measure, sounds ...
