I am a night time snacker as well and it doesn't help hubby comes home after 10:30pm from work and eats dinner after he winds down. I've tried almonds and yogurt and got bored quickly. I've tried the Simply Naked chips and usually eat more than I should. You are not alone Bubble. I just keep looking for something new and healthy so as not to get bored. Keep getting back on that horse Smile

try Kale chips,

buy a bunch of kale rip the leafs into 'chip' size pieces, drizzle about 1 tbspn or less of olive oil over them and lay them out on a cookie sheet, season with a little sea salt or my fav, cajun spice, put in oven 400 for 8 - 10 min, do not let them brown or they go bitter. You can eat the whole lot and not feel guilty.

Have you tried at home workouts in the evenings? I was a nighttime snacked, too, and started to do some workouts at night right around the time the munchies usually hit. It kept me from eating (obviously), but also motivated me to not ruin all the work I just did. (And snuck in an extra workout.). I didn't do cardio because otherwise I wouldn't sleep, just some Pilates or yoga or other body weight resistance.

those daughters may be slim now but we all know what happens with age! Shock

keep those 'treats' out of the house and teach them good eating habits, you'll be doing them a favour for life.

If you set the oven at 250°F it will take a little longer but they won't burn on you.
