Ok so what should my percentages be on Adkins? looked couldnt find info and I have the book....So sad I know. My eye sight sucks for reading small print so HELP PLEASE ANYONE. how much, protien, how much fat.....

Are you sure that's what the Atkins site says? I've been a member over there for 8 years and I've never seen that. It has been pounded into us, though, that our percentages should be 60-70% fat, 30-35% protein, and the rest in carbs.

Ya that is what my book says also ,but there are diff. sites that show higher amounts. I'm just thankful for all the help and great ideas. Thanks Rainrshine and CRM1981.I finally found my atkins book in the attic in boxes I haven/t been in for a long while.

What I have been super confused about is: WHEN and WHY did the carb counts go from TOTAL carbs to NET carbs? I consume more protein and fat than anything no matter what I try. I tried NET carbbing for 3 days...and that is when the stall started and I gained a little weight. I stopped and went back to TOTAL carbs and am still having no luck. Any words of wisdom you can share with me?

Yeah, I thought I was doing OK on my fat grams until I took a look at my daily food intake for a week. Wow! I've been way over on fat grams which was why I was getting no where.

Thanks for the tip. I have some fuji apples. I will try that tonight until I get some juice. I have always avoided the juices because of the sugar but it would be better than the Fat+Sugar which most ...
