I would add in more veggies, you need 20 net gms of carbs, good carbs, this is necessary for fibre and nutrients. Cut out the bars, They won't help you and may stall you from going into ketosis. The rest of your food looks good,
I would stay on induction until you go into ketosis and are losing weight, when it's moving, then you slowly add in more carbs and monitor how you react to them.
If it is a plant, eat it, if it comes from a plant, don't!
