My diet is going great.. before signing with this site, that I don't use to the fullest, Aug 16 I weighed 472. When signed up was 460. Today I now weigh 432 Oct. 20, 2013. Been sticking with the Atkins phase 1, low carb under 20 grams and high protein diet, NO sugar... because of Health reasons hardly no exercises. 40 lbs. Total lost... Atkins was hard at first but adapted. Got another 40 before my doc will do gastric bypass. Strugeled all my life. 1996 I had weighed 770 and done lap band. Lost 300 and maintained for the past 8 years. God is good and trying to show I'm worth living for all he has given me. I'm 52 year old and want to Live.. is it too late, I think not.. Just took a long time to be willing again. GOD IS GOOD!!! Smile

the bypass is usually done for people who keep trying and failing to do it on their own , but you are doing it!
If it is a plant, eat it, if it comes from a plant, don't!

RND ROB you did it great but it is rarely applicable for everyone because of less motivation towards workouts we mostly try managing our weight through diet control so it is gonna be a harmful practice ...
