Hi all.

I may be sleepy and not thinking straight, but I think for the first time my weight history bar chart has represented my current weight in orange - rather than red.

Why?

I'd like to think it represents something significant, if so have a guess in mind but would like it confirmed without my posting that thought....

as you lose weight it goes from red (your highest weight) to orange to yellow and then to green when you reach the last stretch to your goal. so i guess you might be a quarter way in? so yes i believe it is significant because it shows that you are progressing towards your goal

Mine is broken, it's been stuck on the same weight for months Sad Sort of bummed that it's not showing my progress anymore. I'm down to 139 now.

mrspackrat, you need to go into your weight histroy and under the "My diet" section click on "Change my goal weight" and set a lower goal weight. Your goal weight is currently 145 and you are below that! congrats on the weight loss!

I got stuck too but didn't follow my program 100%. We had a call with Kim Lyons (from the biggest loser) on Wed. and she said that as you get to your goal weight it is more important to really look at what you are eating. We take a picture of everything we eat, for some reason it really makes a difference to be able to go back and look at it that way. There are so many things that you can change or switch up to make a difference. Don't give up.

I did change my goal weight to 135 months ago. If you look on my profile, that's at least what I see and when I go to "Change my goal weight" it says my current goal is 135. Maybe there's a bug in the program that messes up this bar when you change your goal weight.

Well that stinks, I thought I was on to something.

Maybe change your goal to 130 and see if it will update. If it does then put it back on 135 and hopefully that will stick. I just changed mine from 175 to 165 and it updated my bar.

You may also try going back in to your signature and turning the bar off then go back in a few minutes later and turn the bar back on.

I do computer support for a living so its in my nature to try and help with these things! Smile

TO HAVE YOUR TICKER UPDATE

you HAVE to weigh in on www.fatsecret.com

it does not update when you weigh in on your phone or on the .co.za site. mine was stuck as well and ever since i started weighing in there i dont have the problem anymore

I only record my weigh ins on FS.com, not on my iphone. I will try removing the bar from my signature, then adding it back again.

Update--well removing it didn't work! I'll try setting a new goal weight.

Update 2--changed my goal weight, nothing!

I've tried all of the above tricks as well to get my ticker to update and nothing works. I just removed it from my signature because it was so frustrating,
