Help with apps--saving a meal and individual items, and changing RDI

Hi, guys. I'm on Day 8 of Atkins induction, and using the smartphone app to track.

I guess there are limitations to the phone app, or I don't know how to do it, so I figure I'd better get acquainted with the desktop diary too, and edit it as needed.

1) How do I save a complete meal? Can I do that on the phone app?

2) I want to do this to be able to access previously used menu entries, so I don't have to search through 50 types of bacon to find the one I'm using. So if I can create a saved list of just ITEMS, that's fine. (Maybe I can just save one meal, and add countless items to it, so I'll always have access to them?)

3) How do I change my default RDI calories of 1500?

RDI change: Computer Version - From "My FatSecret" menu, click on "Diet Calendar" and then "View Full Diet Calendar". Scroll to the bottom of the page - underneath the "Calorie Breakdown" box there is an option "Set your Recommended Daily Intake". Smart Phone (I use iPhone) - open app, click on the home at the upper left of the screen. You should then see a % of RDI you have consumed for the day. Touch the %, and it will take you to a screen to recalculate RDI. In both of these options you can choose to use what FatSecret calculates, or you can type in a level you have calculated from other sources. I find that FatSecret may be a bit over-generous on the amount of calories I can consume and lose or maintain weight.
