I think the problem might be, at least with me, being on here for 2 years, I've answered the same questions as many others have too,over and over again, over the years.

in the Forum Search up to the right upper corner, enter your key words and search for old responses.

Trust me, there are many wonderful and knowledgeable people who have had great success in all kinds of diet programs and their old posts should be read.

I think it's a good thing to point this out to the "n00bs", so we can all learn from all those past experiences. I love going through the old posts now and then. Sometimes I find REALLY interesting stuff, and by posting a comment, they are bumped up to "recent times" and thus seen by many others again. It's a great way to keep things alive.

Try typing in the search for food box, the copy food link at the bottom will change to "add new food" you should then get a prompt to add new food to the database
