Is it possible for me too just eat salads w grill chicken, drink water, no eatting after 7pm and exercise? I hate breakfast and I pretty much eat once a day at work I may go home and cook but its never heatly fried everything.... I need help...

You need variety in your diet. You need it because it's healthy and because it's going to be hard to eat the same thing every day which means falling off the bandwagon is a very real possibility. If you're not much of a breakfast lunch dinner person try breaking up meals with snacking. So you're eating all day, keeping hunger at bay, and not weighed down with large meals. I'm no nutrition guru so I'm not going to tell you what to eat but you can't go wrong with whole fresh foods, you'll just have to learn what ratio is best for you and there are alot of resources here to find out the best plan for yourself.

You sound like you are overwhelmed and not very diet savvy so start small. When I started I only made substitutions one at time. Like this: I'm not going to eat fried food. Make yourself responsible for just that until you don't even crave it,and eventually you won't or at least not as strongly. Then: I will eat a serving of veggies every day and it will become second nature.

If you keep it up you will be on a healthy eating plan, you will enjoy it and you won't feel like the rug was ripped from underneath you. There are alot of people here who can help give you ideas on setting goals for yourself and staying on track.

I agree with selenap20. Variety is the spice of life. Speaking of spices, you can cook veggies using vinegars and spices like onion, garlic, basil, cilantro, to make them taste great. Onions add very little to your calorie count and the rest barely register if at all. I eat all day long. Sometimes I can't even get in my daily calories because I'm simply not hungry. Good luck.

I can't see how this is harmful if it is what you like. I would suggest you eat more than one meal per day. Maybe a late breakfast of berries, and greek yoghurt or smoked turkey or tuna rollups with Romaine lettuce? Maybe have another light salad for lunch. There are so many combinations you could try, including adding a few olives,and alittle avocado for healthy fats for your hair and skin.

This is intermittent fasting. If I workout, sometimes I will only have a shake after or a small meal. Then, I won't eat again until 5 at night. I eat alot, mostly vegetables, protein, and fat. I am relatively big on fasting. Key is to stay away from carbs other than those from vegetables at nighttime.

Just my 2 cents, I eat a salad with lunch and dinner daily - and have so for close to 2 years. My base in 2-3 cups of baby spinach. I don't change it up much, but usually cucumbers, banana peppers, tomatoes, avocado. Sometimes I use pears/mandarin oranges and craisins. I use balsamic vinegar instead of salad dressing. If I miss a salad at a meal, I feel deprived. I use it as an appetizer to help decrease overall intake. At dinner, it helps prevent a quick snack when I get home from work.
