Eating proper foods & enjoying being active for life IS my ultimate goal..losing 70lbs of excess body fat is just a HUGE bonus that will automatically follow WHEN(not if) I focus on my efforts to begin my journey in 2 days! Bad eating habits CAN be changed w/GREAT foodSurprised however there is natural resistance to change.A smooth transition from the body AQUIRED to the body DESIRED uses supporting agentsRazzRAYER,specific & heartfelt;REASONING,truth in evidence;ENCOURAGEMENT,family, friends, etc.;ATTITUDE,positive & determined. Are YOUR efforts(the things you are actually doing)helping you reach your ultimate goal?I don't want to struggle w/anything weight related unlessI intend on doing it for the rest of my life. Then the struggle becomes a lifestyle HABIT(just another word for automatic, which is another word for reflex, reflex is what you do without thinking)& now the struggle is gone! Are YOU ready? Get set...in 2 days we GO!Very Happy
We can not become who we want to be by remaining who we are.
Action follows Thought. Focus on the Efforts & the Results will come.
