Eating proper foods & enjoying being active for life IS my ultimate goal..losing 70lbs of excess body fat is just a HUGE bonus that will automatically follow WHEN(not if) I focus on my efforts to begin my journey in 2 days! Bad eating habits CAN be changed w/GREAT food
