Just curious, I am the youngest person at my WW meetings, every single time. Doubt I am curious if there is anyone else my age out there on Weight Watchers, or trying to lose weight in a healthy, controlled way? I do not believe in fad diets or extreme caloric restrictions. I know that they can really mess up your metabolism, and are very bad for you.

So, anybody else out there? I am having a tough time finding anyone else my age, or even within 10 years of my age. If you are out there, Please answer this! I really wanna find somebody.

And if you aren't my age (12/13), any suggestions on restarting after Christmastime? I kinda went crazy there for a while...

Oh, and I'm not just trying to lose weight for outside reasons; it is for health reasons first and foremost. So please don't think that I'm a skinny girl unhappy with my body or anything like that. Just a clinically overweight youngster looking for someone in the same boat.

Still no one. Ah well, I have changed a lot since I posted this. I'm 5 inches taller, 2 years older... that's crazy.

Definitely not... anyone under 40 is a blessing from the Lord. xD

I'm sending you a buddy request. Feel free to talk if you ever need or want to! It's so great to be able to talk to someone who isn't middle aged about healthy living, weight loss, etc.

I totally understand where you're coming from. None of my friends have to worry about the same stuff I do in this situation. Glad to have found 2 internet buds!

Hello! I'm from the US, and I do Weight Watchers, which works for me if I follow it. Smile

I'm sending you a buddy request, Fay.

I'm older than you, 22, but does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight. Especially with the holidays being so close.
