LOL Gilly! Anyone eating less than 1200 calories a day will lose weight. Problem is when you finally can't starve yourself anymore you'll stuff your face for a month Smile But I agree, the secret is to watch your calories and fill your plate with good proteins, fresh veggies and fruits, and high fiber carbs and fats (in moderation) cause you can even overeat healthy foods.
this damn tracker below hasn't been right in months! My current weight is 137!

6 kg of what? Surely not just fat brendacor ...don't sacrifice muscle for a quick weight loss. Remember your body is not picky about what muscle it breaks down ...the most important one being your heart.

it depends on the amount of fat you need to loose, i asure you its a balance diet with a exercise program, obviously i probably wont loose that every day but it is motivating too see kg falling of like that, i never struggled with weight until two years ago. it is a healthy lifestyle and suffice. a woman doing few excersise does not need more than 1200 calories.

I'm staying around 1700 calories per day (avg). Started on Monday the 26th and have lost about 9lbs so far. This past Sunday was an exception as we had a huge Rib Dinner.
