When you are in the Enter Food page, over to the right is a menu with a selection that says 'Copy Current Meal.' Under that, pick which meal from the day you want to save (breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack). A pop up menu will ask you again if you want to save that meal - say Yes. Then it will take you to a simple screen where you can enter a name for the meal, add in any descriptive notes that you want, select which meals it would be appropriate for, and choose to share or not share it with others in the FS community. Then at the bottom, the final step is to select the "Save Meal" green button.

My problem is whwn I SAVE (create a new saved meal) there is no way to enter calorie, protein, carb and fat informaitn. So once save and then If i select the saved meal to be added to my daily list but shows zeros for detail info...and I can't figue out where or how to add the detail. Anyone know how to do this?

Why is there no work, calculation in the activity/exercise section ?
Remember that you body becomes very efficient in using calories for things we do everyday so you are not burning as many calories as you think.
