I scanned a new item into my app on my android last night and saved it but it will not come up with the nutritional values and now the item keeps trying to save constantly. I am not able to delete the scanned item either. I can still use the app for everything. The item I scanned just keeps trying to save what do I do about it? How do I get that item off from that days menu?

Try going to fatsecret from a desktop pc and making the corrections from there. The next time you open your laptop or phone hit the sync key. Hopefully everything will be corrected.

Thank you for your help. It does not show up under the date on the computer just on my phone as trying to save.

I had to uninstall my app on my phone and re-install it and then log in and sync it and now it works without any problems.
