Interesting, i've never heard of dried fruit seeds being used. I've certainly never seen them in my health food store, but i'm going to ask after them now.
Are they ground up? Somehow I can't imagine eating a peach pit even dried , but i'm always open to new ideas especially healthy ones.

I wonder why you are new to know about dried fruit seeds can be used as organic food. These things have been used for years and got lots of benefits and there are experts working and researching on these dried fruits seeds too.
