I had a look at his website last week and have been tossing up wether to do it or not. I know you can get good and bad in anything but it sounds like he is helping so I think I will bite the bullet and give it ago. I'm going ok but I think it may help because some days I'm struggling to stay strong.

Well I have done it, I signed up for the hypnosis. I am so excited but I am also too scared to start. I have to go out today so I will start this afternoon and I will let you know how I am doing.

Hi everyone,
It has been a few weeks now so I thought I would give you and update, I'm actually getting all emotional as write and starting to cry. I can't believe the change in me, I haven’t weighed myself yet and it's killing me having to wait be he said to only weigh yourself every four weeks and I am too scared to get on the scales because I don’t want to jinx myself.
I know I have lost weight, I have to have because I'm only eating a fraction of what I used to eat and I feel so much different, it's like I have been walking around in a fog and now it's lifted if that makes sense.
Everywhere I go people are asking me what's going on because I seem so much happier. I have to be honest there is still a feeling of anxiety in the back of my mind; it's like what's the catch because it seems too good to be true, I even went to the beach on monday and walked with my toes in the water, it felt so good and I haven't done that for years.
I will let you know how I go when I weight myself next week and I have already made up my mind that I don’t care how much weight I have lost as long as I keep feeling this good I know I'll lose the weight eventually.

This is truly great news! Thank you for updating us on this. Please keep us updated! I can't wait to hear about the weigh-in.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Great stuff Mary. It's been a couple of weeks now and I'm feeling good. I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself but I did and I have lost nearly 2kg and I feel good about that. I haven’t really being to doing anything that much different except for my eating and I still haven’t got motivated to use my gym equipment yet but I think I will as I have had a lot happening this last week at home. I'm not regretting it and I do feel I am not as stressed as I usually am so I'll keep at it.

Hi everyone,
I was just looking at my face book wall and noticed Adam the hypnotist is advertising that you can try his weight loss program free for a week and some other offers. That’s a good idea for those who are skeptical like myself because I was worried about trying it in case it didn’t work. Anyhow that’s always the way, you buy something and then it’s on special the next week but I have no regrets as I have lost a couple of easy kilos this last few weeks and are feeling really good about it.

I cant believe it, I was so nervous to weight myself so much so that I was feeling sick before I stood on the scales because I could tell I had lost weight but I wasn’t really sure because it seemed to good to be true given I haven’t really done anything (well certainly not like I have tried in the past).
When I looked down and saw I had lost nearly 6kg well 5.6 to be exact I had to step off and back on again. I honestly can’t believe it and not just the weight but also how good I feel in general. Up until now I still had my reservations but now I am convinced that it is definitely working.
Before I was hesitant but now I feel a lot more confident and Paul said on his post you can now have a free trial if you want. It’s hard to explain, Adam somehow just makes you feel good about yourself.
Thank to everyone who has been supportive of me and even my friends and family have got behind me now they can see I’m changing and I will certainly let you know how I go in four weeks when I weigh myself next whether it be good or bad but I think it will be good.

Wow Mary that’s fantastic. I am still going ok and have really noticed some changes in the way I eat and also in my energy levels. I haven’t weighed myself this week but I know I am still moving in the right direction.
