I have finally gone down another pound. I wasn't going to weigh in this week because I have not been following the diet as I should but my daughter gave me "the talk" and I sheepishly said "ok", I will weigh in no matter what the scale says. Happily it read 1 pound down.....after I decided I was going to weigh in I started recording and watching what I was eating so it was a very helpful push from my daughter.
