I invite you to join me one day at a time reconnecting to the OA program. It doesn't matter what eating plan you follow, this is an invitation to apply the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions to our eating disorder and how our relationship with food makes our lives unmanageable.

Why, when we have the tools to arrest our disease, recover from the damage being a food addict has caused, even heal our bodies, minds and spirit, why do we choose the pain, isolation, chaos, poor health, and more?

I have made the decision to use the tools on this site to manage my food on a meal by meal basis, to develop a healthy relationship with food, and to use the OA program, tools and suggestions to heal my mental, physical and spiritual health, one day at a time.

I invite you to join me. I need you to join me. Let's use this space to share our experience, strength, and hope. ''Together we can do what we could never alone."
