I am looking to get members together for support in this group. All tips on excersing, dieting and health are welcome. Please feel free to check out what I have so far. I am new to this and I am not perfect by far. I do not have all the answers however I am open to suggestions!

So are you looking into starting a Support Group? If you are I am sure you will attract members. The problem is more than half of these groupsdon't seem to be active. Good Luck with your weight loss and your support group.

Now that I am past menopause these 20 pounds are not coming off easy. I'm trying to remember to drink a full glass of water before each meal and if I feel hungry for something between meals I drink a glass of water first to make sure I'm actually hungry and not just thirsty. Thanks A bunch. I hope to attract those willing to live healthy not just to lose weight and to get pointers for myself. Every little bit of support helps and counts.

thanks and Good Luck too you as well. Try drinking at least 20-40z of water when you first wake up in the morning. Its not only healthy for your digestive system but it will tell your body it only wants something simple to eat.
