I was just wondering the same thing.
I was just reading up on CLA because I am very sensitive to stimulants and avoid them at all costs. They are supposedly side effect free. Very inexpensive at Wal mart too.

Some suggest L-Carnitine. Give it a google and check it out. There are many supposed "miracle" supplements on the market. Truly wish I had stock in raspberry ketones, green tea extract, etc. They're making a killing with the heavy folks.
