how do you calculate calories burned for hairdresser standing for 8hrs?

If you don't have a BodyBug or FitBit type activity tracker, and you just want to pick an Activity from the FS Activity List that might be close to equivalent of 8 hours standing doing hair, I would suggest tracking 1/2 the time as "Standing," and 1/2 the time as "Music Playing." (Guessing that Music Playing is like standing up and playing a guitar or something.) That way you're not severely over or under estimating your calories burned, but recording something.

Eat real food! Why pay the big $$$ for junk. Fresh fruits, veggies and proteins. Forget that processed stuff with all the chemicals and sodium.

Exactly, with diabetics it is the same if their glucose drops too low, it can actually kill. You did say that LOL... Mine runs on the edge of being too low as does my sodium partly because I do not eat ...

Exercise, develop your body. Eat healthy nutritious foods, not junk. Don't try to lose weight fast or be too skinny for your build. Aim for healthy and toned.
