Sorry about your back, Mary. But I know you'll be feeling better fast. You're doing great with your walking, too. Is it hot where you are? It's been around 93 here with extremely high humidity. I wish I could do the water thing. Hope it's cooler your way. Keep at it. You're doing great.

Wish we had a pool close by. Our Y is 18 miles away.

Good luck and hope you feel better.

We have a Y about 12 miles away. But I'm not ready to get into a suit yet. Maybe next summer. I know you'll enjoy it for me, Mary.

That is awesome! I am a member of a Y but can't do the iside pool due to athma and allergies. I have started with indoor track and bike and some machines. Wish me luck. I go twice a week but need to increase that.

Hey I just clocked in at 220 myself yesterday, but that was coming out of a 7 day water fast, so I'll probably regain 5-10 lbs in the next few days with the water coming back. Congrats on the losses. ...

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I tape and weigh myself every-other-day and post the FS weekly weigh-ins... that way, if I have a wayward day, I can correct it by reasserting myself.
