So true and so funny erika2633, we all fall off the wagon now and then! I have nothing against good banter but this merry go round needs to come to a halt.

Do we get to count the days we haven't looked at it before seeing your challenge post? I haven't glanced at it for about 4 days now - I usually find some really good information will pop up between the Bickering Bickerson bits on those types of threads. There were a couple of others like that a few months back that probably went into 30+ pages and I was able to pull some things from them. If I can count my four days as at least 2, I'm in. But boy on boy ... by Friday... I'll probably have to check in and see if anything true and valuable has been added back in during my viewing absence, okay?

Let's play a game...

Every time you peek in the "Thermodynamics..."-thread, you lose a hundred calories on your RDI.

Visit my website: www.tabdig.info

"Losing weight is never about eating as little as possible"
- Kingkeld.
"You wouldn't worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do.
― Eleanor Roosevelt
"Do. Or do not. There is no trying."
- Master Yoda.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

well its moved onto cealiac and crohns now, who knows maybe they will be discussing the impact of the moons cycles on insulin levels.

We have been through the depression and the fact that poor people are obese only no they weren't up until recently when in fact they used to be really skinny and under nourished possibly due to not having enough food but now totally coincidentally with the high availability of cheap super high calories they are getting much more obese but it has nothing to do with the high calorie foods but all to do

with this pesky 1950's wheat that caused the obesity epidemic and not all those bucket sized snacks, and huge sugar laden high calorific sodas that people knock back like their lives depended on it and the massive increase in sedentary lifestyles.

Even the poor old Egyptians have been dragged into it I had no idea that 1950's dodgy wheat had been put into a time machine and sent back in bulk and given to the Egyptians that caused them to get really fat and have bad teeth , maybe they just all went to McPharoah's everyday for lunch and had supersized falafels with extra honey
and the kids were knocking back Amun Ra Happy meals with free Toy Pyramid and obelisk, or everyone piled into Cleopatra's Diner for the all the figs, dates and sweetbreads you can eat buffet.

Personally im going LC so I can cut back on my energy bills if I can create extra energy from seemingly no where I can plug myself into my house and save on fuel bills who'd a thunk it !

What makes me laugh is the insistence that anyone who doesn't agree with their discredited pseudo-science is somehow claiming LC doesn't work.

We all know LC works and no one has said otherwise. It's just not some form of magic bullet.

But then it's always easier to discredit someone by deliberately misquoting them, and vilifying them for something that they never actually said, than to actually counter the with evidence... Particularly if that evidence simply doesn't exist.

Also I know a few physicists who take serious issue with the notion that the human body is somehow exempt from thermodynamics...

HAHAHAHA I've been on vacation and not keeping up with the boards. I love this thread. I'm signed up for the notifications and was getting e-mails from fatsecret with 40 new notifications, all from "the thread that shall not be named" thanks to making a reasonable comment way at the beginning. That merry-go-round lost me a long time ago when neither side would agree to disagree. Sigh...can't we all just get a long?

+1 Diablo.

The anti Diablo thread is aimed at winding you up, thats all, leave them be and hopefully they will go log on to a LC website / forum where their beliefs are never challenged.

Good thing we have people like the OP of that one thread to tell us the countless calorie counting websites have it ALL wrong. Someone even posted about how a guy ate like 6k calories a day and only gained 3kg vs. the 7.5 he should have. Oh lord.
