Sunday is cheat day, and the one day I plan to eat pancakes, pasta, or bread. Sometimes I will even buy a big potato to smother with butter and sour cream. Last Sunday, the big splurge was a huge piece of blueberry pie. Definitely - definitely allow yourself a bit of occasional indulgence. Just my personal opinion - and I'm no expert.

Dalia, you are not eating enough. you have to eat to lose weight, (and at 105 unless you are under 4', i don't think you need to) I know it seems crazy but it's true. Please stop starving yourself and eat some food and if you want a 'cheat day ' have it, it'll probably be the best thing you'll do !

Love your food or risk failure. No quick fixes, this is a lifestyle change. No extremes are needed just consistency.

I agree with mummydee.dalia idk what your age and what your height is but I think 105 lbs is fine. I dont think your goal weight should be 88 lbs unless you are like 10 years old and like 4 feet tall. I really hope thats not the case since people that young shouldnt be on a diet in the first place. Idk if this is the case but dont let other people make you think you're fat. You are fine the way you are. But I do understand the feeling of needing to be skinnier. Ive had eating disorders off and on in the past, and it makes me extremely sad to see others possibly going through what I did. I dont think losing more and more weight is going to make you feel any better. You're probably going to have to talk to someone about this.

Then your weight is absolutely perfect! If you want to change how you look then maybe start doing some weights, build some muscle, get fit and firm and you will feel good. Throw out the scales, at your age and weight you don't need to think about the #'s . Eat healthy choices and you will begin to feel better about yourself. Stop thinking about what others think is the 'right' body type. I know it's hard at your age but I always told my girls, when someone said something to upset them... "6 months from now, you won't remember them, their comments or exactly why you were so upset" Eventually they will be gone from your life and then it will matter even less.
