It's hard to tell what you're eating, because your food entries are all over the place and all of them are set to "some of what I ate".

First step would then be to get organized. Find out how many calories you can have daily, and eat up to that number. This is the easiest way to get moving. Record EVERYTHING you eat. No exceptions. Most likely, this will get you to lose weight.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

I posted this before but here it is again....

Several days of fewer carbohydrates and more protein can help push you off a plateau

Also look at the labels and check sodium and sugar content of the foods you are eating....you might be surprised.........skip all breads and pasta for a few days.... eat veggie soup.

eat berries which have the least impact on blood sugar and veggies as they can also hydrate you.

Have 3 ounces of protein at every meal as it stimulates the body to release the fat burning hormone glucagon...I also found that moving every 20 minutes all day long helps break a plateau too.

If pounds aren't coming off salt is sabotaging your effort to lose weight. Try to eat 1,000MG of salt or less per day and see the pounds start coming off once again. Cumin revs weight loss, so substitute cumin for salt.

To many carbs?
No, if your calories are within your goal the carb percentage does not matter. Do you weigh your food and count every bite even on the weekends?
