I think maybe your calorie intake is too low for the amount of exercising you are doing. Try to slowly increase it and see what happens.

I've got exactly the same problem. I'm keeping my calories low, working out 3-4 times a week (and my workouts contain lots of cardio, weight bearing exercises, boxing etc so they are by no means easy) and so far I've lost 2 lbs.

On a brighter note though, my clothes do fit better, I feel fitter and stronger but it would be nice to see a loss on the scales with all the hard work i'm doing.

hi..keep on your routine...keep the consistency!!! It will happen...eat more plant/veggie based foods, lean meats and nutrition is key...do not go crazy, just eat nutrition based...keep the cardio and maintain a "MAKEOVER" mentality...LIVE A DIFFERENT LIFE...we all need to program ourselves to be better and maintain our focus on HEALTHY LIVING.

Unfortunately the closer you get to your goal weight, the slower it comes off.
What worked for me was going down to 20 - 30 net carbs a day, all from veggies and fruit mostly berries , no grains. I upped my protein and fats and never was hungry. Do this for a week or two and see what happens.
But if you try this, when you add the carbs back in , do it slowly and watch how your body reacts.

Looking at what you're eating, your protein is a little low, and your carbs may be too high. I would eat 20g more protein a day, and lower my carbs to 40%. If you are hungry at that point, eat something with a little more fat.

You may not be losing weight but you may be losing fat. Check to see if your clothes a little looser than before. Mummydee is right, if you've been losing weight for a while it will slow down too.

I would recommend making sure you're tracking what you eat, exercise and weight daily. Often we tend to "forget" about some of those things that we eat or don't remember that something came up and we didn't get our exercise in this week and so on. FatSecret has a way to do that right here or you can use one of the other services available on the web.

Weight loss is about calories in vs calories out. If you're consuming the same or more than you're using you'll stay the same or gain weight. If you're tracking you'll begin to see these patterns.

I think of a high performance sports car, I wouldn't put regular unleaded when it's meant to perform better on premium.

Love your food or risk failure. No quick fixes, this is a lifestyle change. No extremes are needed just consistency.

What part of this statement is false? This is exactly what I have told in my weight management class that is run by a nurse through a health clinic. I found with myself when I eat too much sugar (from fruit for example)I don't lose any weight even when staying at or below my rdi.
