Need Suggestions

Good Morning all and I hope you are doing great with your quest to lost weight. I am need of suggestions in that I have remained on the same weight for 3 weeks now and can't seem to move forward. My diet is the exact same as is my exercise routine. I'm walking 16 to 20 miles per 6 day period...4 miles/walk, 1hr.15minutes. Best I can do. Please any tips or suggestions are appreciated. Frustrated...but still positive!

Change it up. Do some short jogging intervals in your running. Check your diet is too much of the same and you aren't missing any vital nutrients.

Weight loss stalled
Having 200 calories every 2 hours, for eg; like from 8am to 6pm should shake things up abit and hopefully get the ball rolling again.

High carb- Low protein and HUNGRY all the time???
You usually need to eat (at least) every 3 hours on a High carb diet to stop hunger. I find, with high carb dieting grazing is the best system. While with low carb dieting, a set 3 meals a day works ...
