Snackind During Meal Prep :(

I usually try to stay away from the kitchen… but when it comes time to cook or heat up meals I always find myself snacking on bits of what I’m prepping, small fruits or chips! It’s bothering me because those calories add up!

Today I tried to dish out a handful of almonds that I could snack on while I prepared my lunch. Though they burn belly fat, almonds are high in calories!!

So any other ideas to combat my meal time snacking? Or lower calorie snacks? Surprised

Maybe you could prepare a meal of 2 small courses, instead of one bigger one. The first could be something fast to fix. Eating it can take the edge off your hunger while you fix the second course.

That's pretty much what I do. I am so hungry when I get home from work. I make a salad and eat it, then prepare the rest of my meal.

I always have snack bags of baby carrots or carrot sticks and snap peas. They take some time to chew properly so while my hands are busy so is my mouth. It is low cal and doesn't spoil my appetite for the meal.

Try drinking water while you work. It will help fill you so you don't eat as much and NO calories! You are suppposed to drink a lot while you are trying to lose weight anyway.

losted progress

Check your time that you watched ( really it's the same as sitting) and adjust it according to the time. If you only watched for an hour, it shouldn't be that high.

Oh my, it didn't even last a day. Will rather start doing it on Monday again. I only stuck to it on Thursday. Next!!!!
