I usually try to stay away from the kitchen… but when it comes time to cook or heat up meals I always find myself snacking
on bits of what I’m prepping, small fruits or chips! It’s bothering me because those calories add up
Today I tried to dish out a handful of almonds
that I could snack on while I prepared my lunch. Though they burn belly fat
, almonds are high in calories!!
So any other ideas
to combat my meal time snacking? Or lower calorie snacks?
