My exceeded diary doesn't look right. It seems to add on all my exercise from the week before. Sometimes technology just gets too complicated.

There is also Noom Coach and it is also free, you can also buy the full version. Which if you use the app free on a regular bases you can get it half price. Plus you can log your weight and set your goals.

You can always Google how many calories each exercise burns, then go with something you like. The biggest part is just get moving.
