My exceeded diary doesn't look right. It seems to add on all my exercise from the week before. Sometimes technology just gets too complicated.

2 miles walking every morning and streaching every day.
On monday 1 hour streaching

I am drinking glass of water before meals.
Also if I am hunger mid morning or afternoon
Water and then fruit watermelon etc.
Light weight training trying to turn fat to muscle
