I have just joined this site in a bid to have support through the next few months.
I am attempting to loose weight, and tone up for my friend''s wedding in September. I am a bridesmaid, along with four of my girlfriends, one being a size 6. In an attempt not to look like a monster, I am looking to loose 10kg,
I already fit into the dress I am wearing, but I purposely got a size smaller so this would motivate me. The dress does fasten, but it's a little on the tight side!
Any encouragement/tips/comments are more than welcome.
I am starting my diet tomorrow, using the Healtheries Diet Shakes. I am also upping my cardio work out to three gym classes a week, along with a yoga and Pilates class.
I think it is important to gauge weight loss by measurement, as well as weight, so I have taken measurements this morning. Ironically it seems I'm wearing the wrong size bra! Haha!
