It's a start! At least if you have the meals you won't be eating out. You do have to watch out with those though because they can be really high carb and sodium.
Those used to be my go to lunch, but now I've started making something for lunch that I can eat the whole week or freeze for another time. This week was chicken enchiladas, yummy! The other thing I do is I'll buy low carb or low calorie wraps, lunch meat or chicken, low cal dressing, and veggies, and put them together for a quick wrap for lunch. But, those frozen dinners make things so easy. Good luck!!
