So I bought some fresh vegetables, Diet Soda (I know I am not suppose to be drinking soda, but I need something to get me through the work day) and some diet and individual dinners to help me out) I been eating too much Fast Food Latley. It's a start! At least if you have the meals you won't be eating out. You do have to watch out with those though because they can be really high carb and sodium.

Those used to be my go to lunch, but now I've started making something for lunch that I can eat the whole week or freeze for another time. This week was chicken enchiladas, yummy! The other thing I do is I'll buy low carb or low calorie wraps, lunch meat or chicken, low cal dressing, and veggies, and put them together for a quick wrap for lunch. But, those frozen dinners make things so easy. Good luck!!

Those meals are high in sodium and carbs and low in protein. If they are the regular stouffer meals and not their lean cuisines, they are also high in fat. They are little better than fast food.

They are lean Cuisines, I know they are high in sodium like the weight watcher meals, I have belong to weight watches when I was 19 and lost 35 pounds, kept it off for 7 years and as I got older and busier at work had put back on the weight. But thanks for the input. My initial goal is to really get back into the 140's and then go on from there. Have a great weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
