Eat no processed foods.The only oils to use is Olive oil with low temperatures and Coconut oil with high temperatures
Consume only Organic food.NO egg whites.Yokes are Gold.For the first 3 weeks only eat 1 ingredient food,eat lots of combinations of fruits and veggies and don't forget about nuts and seeds. RAW is the way to go.No Roasted nuts. No table salt.Use Sea Salt only.Organic chicken.4-5oz.breast after the 3weeks. All of the rest is @ Fat Loss

Wow... Only yolks? Are you serious? Yes, eat as much fat and cholesterol as you want... Are you trying to promote heart attacks?

vickileary needs to read up on nutrition. You got the eggs reversed. Yokes are bad and whites are good.

i cant believe that people still think that eggs are bad for you
possibly the one of the best food sources there is.
