I tried her diet. It did hurt! It took all my time. It required power from my family, because I was a demon. I made the healthy decision to stop her awful diet. My body was pushed beyond the max and it made me sick. It sure wasn't worth it!!!
1200 calories and too much exercise is bad for your body and metabolism. Low fat, low carb and low calorie is not healthy. I bought her book and was on the diet and doing her crazy workout routines.
Plus her diet leads you to think you are a failure because you cannot stick to it.

Clueless101, I do not follow JM diet I just really liked the quote. All diets aren't made equal, you have to find the right program that works for the goals you are trying to achieve. Eating healthy and working out is a lifestyle so it shouldn't have strict rules to follow. Sounds like you found something that works for you; good luck and great health.
