Mon - Fri, when I do have breakfast, I add protein powder to my coffee and it is awesome. I have the large jar near my desk, next to my coffee maker. Easy Breezy.

One small portion of Steel Cut Oatmeal with cinnamon and a very few raisons as sweetener, 1 slice of turkey bacon, and a small portion of egg whites is one of my favorites-

I like this when I have some time in the morning. Though the Hash and the tomatoes can be made in advance and simply reheated in a pan or the oven.

Butternut squash, Pepper, and Onion hash. A 3 egg ham & mushroom omelette) and a fried/or roasted tomato (I prefer roasted as they are soft and cooked through).

200g Butternut: 68cal
100g onion: 40cal
100g red pepper: 27cal - Total: 135cal

1 whole egg (large): 78cal
2 egg whites (large): 33cal
30g Philiadelphia lightest: 29cal
50g sliced button mushrooms: 8cal
1 slice parma ham: 35cal - Total: 183cal

2 medium tomatoes: 38cal

(Maybe 10 sprays of frylight = an extra 10cal)

366cal total!

One cup of kashi go lean crunch cereal, one cup of light silk, and then fill the rest of the bowl with berries. the berries make it feel opulent.

I think coffee might with egg sandwich with lettuce and tomato spread with Mayonaise really love that break fast which reminds me of my old coffee maker in Finland that i bought in which always completing my breakfast.

With spray oil black beans or other beans No cheese wrapt and you can put pick
De gallo. In top. Tomato cilantro onions chopped fresh or fry use it as a topping. Also a small piece of steak if you wish. Not too bad in calories it takes good Enjpy

Rex onions jalapeños small skillet with spray oil cooked them
Together used them as a topping for steak chicken pork with tortillas and beans Hamburger enjoy Cilantro gives food flavor chicken and beef soups not boring taste good

My favorite snack/breakfast is a rice cake with almond butter, topped with sliced strawberries - yum! I also like Kashi cereal with skim milk & blueberries.

My favourite is 2 sesame Ryvitas with sliced chicken breast (100g/23g protein), low fat Philadelphia (1 tbsp/3g protein), 1 fresh scallion and 1/2 a sliced tomato. Tasty and filling, especially with a big mug of decaff tea!

I do 1450 calories a day. I have been loosing on a regular basis. I do not have a standard for breakfast,rather I think outside of the box. I may have a peanut butter and low sugar smucker's jam sandwich on rye bread, or egg beaters 1.5 cup with a slice of rye bread which is very low in calories, or a Tuna sandwich on rye with lite mayo or a grilled cheese or a can of sardines. I eat 3 meals a day allowing 475 calories a meal, sometimes less in breakfeast or lunch if I know dinner will be an indulgence. I have been loosing and only eating red meat two days a week, drinking iced green tea or crystal light, and on two days a week, I eat anything I please but not over my rda intake to stay at a ideal weight, for me that is 1900 calories-not enough to gain or loose. It has worked for me, and I have lost now 30 pounds in 3 months without the stress of "dieting".

You can always Google how many calories each exercise burns, then go with something you like. The biggest part is just get moving.
