Have an online buddy who lost 10lbs in one month taking rasberry ketones. Just curious to hear what ppl think and personal experiences etc.....

Absolutely no clinical research showing that this fad does anything for weight loss. I think you'll find that the claim is "when accompanied by diet and exercise" ... of course you'll lose weight, from the dietand exercise, not the magic pill. Same with HCG and all the other products that are keeping those billion dollar companies in business.
Eat healthy, cut out processed foods, lower your intake and increase your output and you'll lose and be on an eating plan for life.

Admittedly she was doing strict Atkins too...Was just curious.

You can log water in your daily diet intake. Water is pretty individualized anymore. the 8 glasses is some arbitrary number.

bad cholesterol
Red yeast rice worked for me. I now take it only intermittently, and my cholesterol is stable around 5.8. Good luck!

Coconut milk is apparently lower carb than milk and cream, so if you are making smoothies, try the coconut milk instead.
