What is REALLY efficient when it comes to weight loss - sustainable weight loss - is to lower your calorie intake and/or up your calorie burn. That's really all you need to do.
Personally, I'd never spend a dime on any weight loss promoting product. There are no short cuts, just do what you know is right. Smile

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Thank you so much King. I will really appreciate your response. I am already following a diet plan and successfully lost 40 lbs.

But now I am stuck to a situation that my efforts are not giving me the desired results. I want to lose more 20 lbs. So I was looking for some sort of supplements.

Thanks

Hi Spacey,

Thats why I was looking for any individuals personal opinion. I know that many of the sites get paid by showing positive reviews about the products.

Thanks

Hi, Smile
About OxyElite Pro. . .
This product works, but it needs a lot of dedication. Anyone who wishes to add this product to their weight loss program should use this stuff with a good healthy diet and an hour of cardiovascular exercise daily, to get the maximum benefit from this product.
