Thank you so much King. I will really appreciate your response. I am already following a diet plan and successfully lost 40 lbs.

But now I am stuck to a situation that my efforts are not giving me the desired results. I want to lose more 20 lbs. So I was looking for some sort of supplements.

Thats why I was looking for any individuals personal opinion. I know that many of the sites get paid by showing positive reviews about the products.

I weigh every morning after I come out of the shower, before I get dressed to go to work. As said before, consistency is key.

Joined my first challenge
Just joined my first challenge. I'm hoping this will finally get me motivated to lose my extra kilos. It's so hard to motivate myself to exercise when it's so darn cold outside.
