Both are great tips, especially the exercise. I thought I had to workout in the gym for hours doing weights, cardio, etc. Found out that food was more my downfall. One I corrected that, then it was a matter of moving more (find things you enjoy). Anyone wanting an actual workout, try free weights. They are easy to use and you only need about 20 minutes 3-4 times a week to help tone/maintain muscle.

How long do you all work out for?
It depends on the type I do. Usually 25-30 min of weights and/or HIIT. I really like a free website called fitnessblender.com. Lots and lots of different types of workouts and lengths there.
