It all depends on the coffee 99% of the coffee we drink is terrible. Research Bulletproof coffee. The website is onnit.com. I do not work for them, with them or am affiliated to them. I did the research, and that is what I drink. And yes...I drink it with Kerrygold Irish Butter and MCT oil, and I lost weight faster!

Caffeine is a diuretic. Drinking a lot of coffee and not enough water can dehydrate you, which can delay you from having a bowel movement. It might make you feel bloated and slow down how much weight you lose over the course of a couple of days, but it won't actually affect how much fat you are burning or your overall weight loss.

I would say if you are putting a lot of cream and sugar in your coffee, THAT will slow down your weight loss, but 1-2 cups of black coffee a day shouldn't be hurting you.
