I get a buzz from smelling chocolate. Hubby makes fun of me because I'll walk past a display sniffing the air. That's my chocolate fix. Non fat, no calories, no carbs. The essence alone is enough.

Don't reduce fats, or at least the healthy ones. Just get rid of processed/refined carbs, they are useless to your body anyway and are extra calories you don't need.
